ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR PRE- SCHOOL (NURSERY) SESSION 2010-2011
· Registration Forms are available from 15.12.2009 – 31.12.2009 at the school reception on all working days between 9:00am – 12.00 noon for general candidates and for EWS candidates between 2:30p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
· Submission of duly filled forms along with supporting documents till 15.01.10 on all working days.
· Scrutiny of application till 30.01.2010.
· Display of First List of the selected candidates along with First Wait List under General Category on 01.02.10 at 9:00 a.m.
· Payment of fee for the candidates in the First List from 01.02.2010 to 06.02.2010 by 12:00 noon.
· Confirmation of First Wait List (subject to availability of the seats) along with Second Wait List under General Category on 08.02.2010 at 9:00 a.m.
· Payment of fee for the First Wait Listed candidates from 08.02.2010 to 13.02.2010 by 12:00 noon.
· Confirmation of Second Wait List along with Third Wait List (subject to availability of the seats) under General Category on 15.02.10 at 9:00 a.m.
· Payment of fee for the Second Wait Listed Candidates under General Category from 15.02.10 to 20.02.10.
· Display of List against Management Quota on 15.03.10.
· Payment of fee from 15.03.10 to 20.03.10.
· Fourth list of selected candidates (if required) on 22.03.2010.
· For admission under Economically Weaker Section, draw of lots (if required) will be held on 27.03.10 and list will be displayed on the same day i.e. 27.03.10.
· Confirmation and submission of documents by parents of EWS Category by 30.03.10.

- Birth Certificate of the child (Issued by MCD only).
- Voter Identity Card/Ration Card for address proof.
- Medical fitness of the child.
- Fee Receipt and Report Card of the sibling studying in ASN if any.
- Certificates for the proof of special achievement of the parent
- Proof of transfer (for transferable employees only.
- Proof of Income and domicile (for EWS candidates only) SDM Certificate.
Note: For Date of Birth, no affidavit will be accepted.
